📊 How entries are selected —
A study is included if it clears three checkable criteria: it's PubMed-indexed (a real peer-review bar),
it carries a recognized clinical evidence-hierarchy publication type (meta-analysis, systematic review,
randomized controlled trial, or clinical trial), and it's on-topic. That's it — no hidden scoring
formula, and no bonus for language that happens to match this site's own editorial position.
Lower-tier evidence (case reports, preclinical studies) and anything with an unclear topical match or
an integrity flag is set aside for a human to look at directly rather than auto-publishing or
auto-excluding it. Negative and mixed findings are included on the same terms as positive ones —
a selectively positive library isn't an honest one.
